Dhaka, July 3 -- 1,325 farmers of Chitalmari Upazila in Bagerhat district were received free fertilizer, Aman rice seeds and coconut seedlings. These agricultural materials were distributed from the premises of the Upazila Agriculture Department at 10 am on Monday (June 30). Tapas Pal, UNO (Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Chitalmari distributed these materials as the chief guest.
Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Sifat-al-Marf told, various programs are being implemented in this Upazila this year under the incentive program from the agricultural rehabilitation sector.
