Dhaka, Jan. 24 -- A training workshop for polling officials was held in Gangachhara, Rangpur, ahead of the 13th National Parliament Election and the 2026 Referendum. The workshop took place on Thursday at the Upazila Auditorium-cum-Multipurpose Hall. The chief guest, Rangpur Divisional Commissioner (Additional Secretary) Md. Shahidul Islam, NDC, said in his speech that to ensure a free, fair, and credible election, polling officials must perform their duties with professionalism, neutrality, and in full compliance with the law.
