Dhaka, July 30 -- BNP Standing Committee Member Ameer Khashru Mahmud Chowdhury has said that attaining the country's sustainable development will remain elusive if the government fails to build a transparent, data-driven and skilled public administration.

Claiming that information currently holds immense significance in driving the nation's overall development, the BNP leader said that in the modern world, greater access to information equates to greater power.
