Dhaka, July 3 -- BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman on Wednesday urged party leaders and activists to remain vigilant against any attempts to prevent the people from exercising their voting rights in the upcoming national election.
"We want to make it clear that our goal is to ensure that all 12.5 crore voters in Bangladesh can express their will through the ballot. We must stay alert so that no conspiracy can obstruct this," he said.
