Dhaka, Nov. 23 -- Religious Adviser Dr. AFM Khalid Hossain said, scholars must come forward to fulfill the responsibilities of the state. Until scholars and ulamas are not involved in running the state, peace and happiness cannot come to the country.

He said these things in his speech as the chief guest on the closing day of the annual mahfil and dastarbandi conference of Al-Jamiyatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Muinul Islam Hathazari Madrasa in Chattogram on Friday afternoon.
