Dhaka, July 13 -- Law Adviser Asif Nazrul has announced that the brutal killing of businessman Sohag in front of Mitford Hospital in Dhaka will be tried under the Speedy Trial Tribunal to ensure swift justice.

Asif Nazrul made the announcement on Saturday through a post on his verified Facebook page, stating that the government is determined to ensure a prompt trial of the horrific incident. Sohag was hacked and fatally struck on the head with a large stone in front of the main gate of Mitford Hospital around 6 pm last Wednesday. The gruesome murder sparked widespread outrage after video footage of the attack circulated on social media.
