Dhaka, May 6 -- Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq on Sunday said laws must be formulated considering peoples' welfare so that it can implement the ideology and aspiration of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

"We cannot formulate any law, looking at the eyes of someone special or to protect someone's interest. We always have to consider peoples' welfare and formulate pro-people acts," he said while addressing as chief guest a workshop on finalizing draft of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) 2024-25 of Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division, reports BSS.
