'Dialogue can be held with political parties, not with arsonists'

Dhaka, Nov. 26 -- Information and Broadcasting Minister and Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud today said dialogue can be held with political parties not with arsonists.

"Those are not political parties which carry out arson attacks on people, public transports and hospitals and torch the holy Quran. Those are not political activities," he said while inaugurating the restored mural and photographs named 'Bangabandhu means Bangladesh' in city's Jamalkhan area, reports BSS.

Chattogram City Corporation Mayor Freedom Fighter Rezaul Karim Chowdhury and the daily Azadi Editor MA Malek, among others, addressed the programme as special guests.
