Dhaka, July 8 -- National Consensus Commission Vice-Chairman Professor Ali Riaz on Monday said the commission is not enforcing any decisions unilaterally but rather putting forward amendment proposals based on the opinions and concerns expressed by political parties across various issues.

"Since many parties have raised objections regarding the National Constitutional Council, the commission has come up with different proposals," he said while opening the 10th day of the second round of discussions between political parties and the commission at the Foreign Service Academy.
