Dhaka, Nov. 4 -- Chattagram Port Authority (CPA) Chairman Rear Admiral SM Moniruzzaman said, our target is to take 'Terminal-1' of Bay Terminal into operation by 2030. If we can start work by the middle of next year, I think it is possible.
