Dhaka, April 11 -- Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that law and order has improved a lot since before.
No more mobs will be tolerated in the future. Strict action will be taken against anyone who wants to take the law into their own hands.
He said these things while talking to reporters after visiting the Airport Police Station in Sylhet on Thursday, April 10.
Also urging everyone to take a stand against the mob, the Home Affairs Advisor said that since all the weapons looted from the police station have not yet been recovered, there will be some security threat if the looted weapons are outside.
