India, July 14 -- Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, was today felicitated by the top leadership of the party upon his appointment as the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
