Jammu & Kashmir, May 15 -- Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Thursday commended the soldiers for their valour, energy and vigilant actions towards dominating the Line of Control during Operation Sindoor.

He said this while addressing the soldiers deployed along the LoC in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.

He also stressed the importance of maintaining a high level of operational preparedness, urging troops to stay ready to respond to any challenge with decisive force.

In a post on X, the Army's ADGPI said General Dwivedi visited forward locations of the Dagger Division of Srinagar-based Chinar Corps and interacted with all ranks.
