INDIA, Dec. 3 -- On World Disability Day, members of the J&K Handicapped Association staged a strong protest at Press Enclave Srinagar, demanding vertical reservation, accessibility, pension enhancement, and implementation of the RPwD Act 2016.
Holding placards and wearing black headbands, the protesters urged the government to address long-pending issues and ensure equal rights and opportunities for persons with disabilities in Jammu & Kashmir.
