Srinagar, March 21 -- An official said that the accident took place at Peerbal village in Frisal.

The truck bearing No: JK05AB-9876 hit the victim identified as Zainab Junaid (3), daughter of Junaid Ahmad Sofi of Frisal she died on the spot, reported news agency KNO.

The official said that the truck driver was arrested, and a case has been registered.
