Srinagar, Aug. 11 -- To ensure smooth movement and avoid congestion, designated parking areas have been earmarked. Official vehicles will park at the Royal Spring Golf Course, while participants are advised to use parking at the Botanical Garden and Barista near Lalit Ghat.

Traffic movement on Boulevard Road from Lalit Ghat to Kralsangri will remain restricted between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. Motorists traveling towards Nishat, Shalimar, and Harwan have been advised to take alternate routes via Dalgate, Rainawari, and Hazratbal instead of Boulevard Road.
