Srinagar, Dec. 18 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday said "security gains" made in Jammu and Kashmir since 2019 must be defended and every single terrorist and its supporter operating in valley, forest, hills or village must be neutralised.

Addressing the UT-level Security Conference in Jammu, held on the lines of the national DGPs and IGPs Conference, the Lieutenant Governor said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, detailed discussions were held on the theme "Viksit Bharat: Security Dimensions", aimed at strengthening security mechanisms in a rapidly evolving threat environment.
