Srinagar, May 2 -- The Delhi-based designers had showcased their skiwear collection on March 7 this year to mark the 15th anniversary of their label.
The complainant had sought actions under Section of 296, 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and 50 A of the Jammu and Kashmir Excise Act, 1958, for obscenity, hurting religious sentiments during the month of Ramazan and publicly consumption of alcohol.
The court of Special Mobile Magistrate Srinagar Faizan-I-Nazar passed the order after perusal of the responses of the known accused stating that no offences on the facts stated in the complaint are made out.
