SRINAGAR, Sept. 26 -- The protests over the abrogation of Article 370 continued in Batamaloo area of Srinagar.
Scores of people holding banners and placards assembled outside Hazrat Sheikh Dawood alias Batamaloo Sahab (RA) shrine today and observed a silent sit-in to protest against the move.
The protesters including youth and old were seen holding banners reading slogans and messages to government.
They condemned the decision taken by the government on August 05, 2019. The government on the particular date annulled the special status of Jammu and Kashmir (Article 370) and divided State into two Union Territories.
