Srinagar, Feb. 27 -- Addressing a function here the Lieutenant Governor stressed on the need for collective efforts to transform J&K into an educational, research, and technological hub of the country.

"We have to try to transform J&K, and for that, everyone must contribute. We have achieved many successes, with the rule of law being given paramount importance. An attempt has been made to ensure that J&K is governed strictly according to legal principles," he said.

Highlighting the region's rapid development, the Lieutenant Governor revealed that 92,000 projects were completed in the last financial year.

He said that J&K has emerged as a leading technological Union Territory, with maximum online services available to the public.
