SRINAGAR, Nov. 6 -- Amid uncertainty in the Valley, the Private School Association of Kashmir (PSAK) have decided to waive off 50 per cent fee to the wards of transporters, who according to them have suffered huge losses due to the prevailing situation in Kashmir since August 5.

The transporters and other communities in Kashmir have been observing spontaneous shutdown across the Valley since August 5, when the central government announced the repealing of Jammu and Kashmir's special status (Article 370) and bifurcation of erstwhile State into two Union Territories including Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
