Srinagar, March 1 -- In a detailed complaint, he has alleged gross negligence by the police in handling his son's disappearance and subsequent death.

According to the complaint, Umar Yaseen Shah went missing on December 22, 2024, and a missing report was filed at the Nowgam Police Station on December 24. However, no immediate action was taken to trace him. Shockingly, on December 30, 2024, his lifeless body was discovered in a deep gorge in the Digdol area of Ramban, along with his vehicle, a Mahindra Thar (JK01AN9990).
