Srinagar, July 8 -- Speaking to reporters in Kulgam, Minister Sakina Itoo said that the reopening of schools from today marks a step toward restoring the academic calendar and ensuring students complete their syllabus on time.

"Schools have reopened from today, and we've received many calls regarding the change in school timings," Itoo said. "However, I want to clarify that the current school timings are not final. If we feel any changes or adjustments are needed, we will certainly review them. This is not a rigid decision."
