Srinagar, Nov. 3 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday said that the Narendra Modi-led government has adopted a policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism, asserting that strong retaliatory measures have replaced the soft approach of previous governments.
Addressing election rallies in Bihar's Sheohar and Sitamarhi districts, Shah said that under earlier regimes, particularly the Congress, Pakistani terrorists frequently infiltrated into India without facing any decisive response. "It was the Congress government that allowed decades of violence in Jammu and Kashmir. The Modi government has hit back at terrorism with full force," he said.
