Srinagar, March 4 -- Speaking at the occasion Mirwaiz said that as we mark the anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (RA), we reflect on the honor and dignity Islam has bestowed upon women. Hazrat Fatima (RA) was a symbol of faith, strength, and virtue, and her life reminds us of the elevated status Islam grants to women-It granted them rights unheard of in that era, giving them rights to choose their spouse, to retain their identity, right to education, inheritance, and respect.
