Srinagar, Feb. 14 -- In a statement, the police saod that on February 12, Police Post Bagyas received a written complaint from a lady namely Shaheena wife of Zahoor Ahmad Najar resident of Kupwara, stating therein that she along with her daughter, had visited Dental College, Shreen Bagh, for a dental checkup. While using an ATM located within the complex, an unknown individual inside the booth deceptively swapped her ATM card and subsequently withdrew Rs.40,000 from her account.

The police spokesman further stated that acting promptly, a case FIR No. 14/2025 U/S 318(4), 305 BNS was registered in Police Station Safakadal and investigation was taken up.
