Srinagar, Feb. 17 -- An official said the body was discovered by locals at Shalteng this morning.

He said the police have taken the body into its custody. The identification of the deceased is being ascertained, reported news agency KNO.

Meanwhile, more details are awaited, and investigations are underway.
