Srinagar, Feb. 6 -- The Maharashtrians ended the Leh leg of the 2024 Winter Games top of the leaderboard, raking in 6 Gold, 8 Silver and 6 Bronze, for a combined medals tally of 20. Karnataka is in second place, with 6 Gold and 2 Bronze medals.

Hosts Ladakh (in picture) have 16 medals, proving the team's prowess on ice. They have won 2 Gold, 6 Silver and 7 Bronze medals. This is the first time the region is hosting the Winter Games. J&K hosted and won the the first three events 2020, 2021 and 2023.

Telangana and Uttar Pradesh have also picked 2 Gold medals each, while and Madhya Pradesh, ITBP and Army have clinched 1 Gold each.
