Srinagar, Feb. 4 -- Light rainfall is predicted in the plains in Jammu, while Chenab Valley is likely to receive light snowfall. The higher reaches of Central and North Kashmir are also expected to witness light snowfall, with the plains seeing a mix of light snowfall and rain.

The fresh snowfall was experienced at multiple places in Kashmir on Tuesday late afternoon while rans lashed plains of southern parts of the Valley, bringing down the mercury here.
