Srinagar, June 29 -- LGSinhawhomet with over 80 families of Kashmiri civilians killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists over the last three decadespledgedjustice, recognition, and long-overdue support for the victims who, he said, had been forgotten by the system for years.

Calling it a "historic step," theLGsaid the Government of India is committed to amplifying the voices of terrorism victims and exposing what he described as the long-standing "terror ecosystem" that suppressed their pain.

"For decades, these families were marginalised and their voices were not heard. Justice was denied. Their pain was ignored, their stories untold, and the truth deliberately suppressed," Sinha said. "It's shocking, before 2019, terrorists' funeral proces...
