Srinagar, Nov. 29 -- On a crisp Saturday morning at Jehangir Chowk, a group of Kashmiri entrepreneurs gathered at the J&K Bank branch, clutching prototypes, sketches, and business plans.

The session, organized by Startup Kashmir in collaboration with the bank, promised clarity on one of the most elusive aspects of entrepreneurship: finance.

Shahid Ansari, Startup Kashmir's CEO, opened the session by stressing that ideas alone could not carry a venture forward.
