India, Nov. 17 -- Following the November 10 Red Fort blast in New Delhi that killed more than 10 people, security forces across Jammu and Kashmir have intensified vigil and launched wide-ranging search operations to prevent any potential threat, officials said on Monday.

"Frisking has been intensified in markets, railway stations, and other public places, and CASOs are being launched to ensure public safety," he said.
