Srinagar, Nov. 12 -- Jammu and Kashmir's Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat on Wednesday ordered the attachment of immovable property belonging to former High Court Bar Association (HCBA) president, Advocate Mian Abdul Qayoom, in connection with a 2009 case related to an anti-India seminar.
According to officials, the double-storey house located at Bulbul Bagh, Barzulla in Srinagar, measuring 2 kanals and 1 marla, has been attached under provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The J&K Police, in a post on X, said: "DGP Nalin Prabhat orders the attachment of the property of Pakistani agent and terrorist, Mian Qayoom."
