Srinagar, March 19 -- According to an official order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), the committee will be chaired by the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir and will include senior officials from key departments, including Finance, Planning, Law, and the General Administration Department. The Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister will also be a member.
