Srinagar, June 10 -- This approval marks the biggest-ever package sanctioned for Jammu and Kashmir under the PMGSY scheme. It aims to provide vital connectivity to 390 eligible habitations across the region, targeting communities with populations greater than 250 individuals.
The approved1781 kilometers of roadlength are expected to deliver a substantial boost to rural road connectivity, ushering in a new era of prosperity, particularly in J&K's far-flung and remote areas.
