Srinagar, March 20 -- The campaign emphasizes in detail the key themes of the Charter of Customer Rights issued by the RBI that includes Right to Fair Treatment, Right to Transparency, Fair and Honest Dealing, Right to Suitability, Right to Privacy, and Right to Grievance Redressal and Compensation. In addition, the Bank will highlight the timelines applicable for compensating customers for financial losses resulting from any deficiencies in banking services across its channels.
