Srinagar, Aug. 19 -- "Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world, and if we want real change in J&K, we must strengthen our government schools. They should not be looked at as fallback options but as institutions parents prefer for quality," Omar said while addressing the 'National Education Meet' at SKICC.

The CM said botheducation and healthcare form the core of development, and called on officials to ensure tangible improvements in facilities. He added that the government has rolled out several schemes under the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) and would continue to invest in upgrading schools with modern infrastructure.
