SRINAGAR, Nov. 26 -- Government Forces launched a massive crackdown in Anchar area of Soura here in Srinagar outskirts.
Official sources told Kashmir News Trust that Forces used drones and motor-boats during the cordon and search operation, however, no one was arrested during this operation.
Anchar has been in news after the abrogation of special status in Jammu and Kashmir. The area witnessed first major protest rally on August 8 in which several protesters were injured. Anchar has been witnessing stone-pelting incidents in fits and starts.
