Srinagar, March 17 -- The inspection team, led by Assistant Commissioner Food Safety Srinagar Yameen ul Nabi along with Food Safety Officers Hakeem Adil and Syed Dilpazi carried out inspections of Manufacturing units of Bakery, sweets and confectionery units in Industrial area Khanmouh collected surveillance samples to check the quality of food items. The inspections aimed to ensure that food business operators in Srinagar maintain the quality and standards of food products.

Another team of Food Safety Officers comprising of Mr Fayaz Ahmad Bhat and Mr Khalid Bashir carried out inspection of Children Hospital canteens and JVC market and lifted about 7 legal samples for analytical purposes and recommended 4 FBOS under sec 69 for penalty ....
