India, Feb. 20 -- The Economic Offences Wing Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against four accused in connection with an alleged medical college admission fraud case involving a Bangladesh-based institution.

An official spokesperson said a chargesheet in FIR No. 20/2025 under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC has been submitted before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar.

The case was registered following a written complaint alleging that the complainant was introduced by his relative to certain individuals who assured him of facilitating admission of his son in a medical college in Bangladesh.
