Srinagar, June 2 -- In his message, the Chief Minister described Mela Kheer Bhawani as a timeless symbol of communal harmony and brotherhood. "This festival reflects the deep-rooted pluralism that has defined Jammu and Kashmir for centuries," he said, adding that such celebrations strengthen the cultural bonds that unite its diverse communities.
