Srinagar, Nov. 30 -- A local from South Kashmir has dragged Government to Court for failing to curb the private schools which forced parents to pay the fee of their wards for the unrest period. Pertinently, after the abrogation of Special Status of Jammu and Kashmir, life came to a grinding halt for over three months as the government not only imposed severe restrictions on the movement of people but also resorted to unprecedented communication clampdown.
