Srinagar, March 2 -- According to the list of business scheduled for March 03, the budget session will begin today at 10:00 AM with LG Manoj Sinha's address to the House. This will be the second address by LG Manoj Sinha to the House within a period of less than four months. On November 4, the LG had also addressed the House.

Half an hour after the LG's address, the Speaker will lay a copy of the address on the table. Following the laying of the report, the Speaker will announce the names of the panel of chairmen.
