Srinagar, May 16 -- Rajesh B N, a resident of Vyalikaval, had worked loyally for over a decade. But on May 5, that loyalty came crashing down. The chartered accountant handed Rajesh a bag filled with cash-Rs.1.51 crore in total-with instructions to keep it safe in the car while he briefly stepped away. Moments later, both Rajesh and the vehicle were gone, local media reported.
The accountant rushed to his office only to find the car parked neatly outside-driverless. When he called Rajesh, the driver coolly claimed he'd gone out to buy medicine and would be right back. That was the last he was heard from, reported Indian Express.
