Srinagar, June 21 -- That's the question dozens of young Kashmiris showed up to answer atMission Yuva: Launch Your Entrepreneurship Journeyworkshop.
Held in both online and offline formats, the event was part of Startup Kashmir's growing Saturday Mentorship Program, which aims to shift youth focus from job hunting to job creation.
Leading the session was Dr. Murtaza Rashid (JKAS), Deputy Secretary to Government, who brought in real-life lessons, personal stories, and actionable steps.
"Start small, but start now," Dr. Rashid told participants. "Don't wait for the perfect setup or big investments. What matters is that you solve a real problem."
