Srinagar, June 14 -- In a post on X, Para said that while the people of J&K had given a "historic, one-sided mandate" to restore democracy and end bureaucratic rule, power remains concentrated in the hands of a few.

"J&K CM Omar Abdullah Sahab says he's running a 'hybrid government', but. why no cabinet expansion yet? Why is power still concentrated in the hands of just a few? This isn't democracy, it's bureaucratic Raj 2.0 hiding behind a democratic mandate," Para wrote.

He added that the delay in forming a full cabinet reflected the government's unwillingness to decentralise power and deliver on governance. "With limited access to power, people are suffering on the ground," he said.
