Srinagar, April 25 -- Asking state administration not to forget its duties towards common masses, AIP president Er Rasheed has sought immediate redressal of burning issues pertaining to common masses.
While interacting with people during his day-long visit in Kupwara Constituency Er Rasheed alleged that so-called model code of conduct has become an excuse and silly argument to those officers who don't want to deliver and treat themselves beyond accountability.
