DODA, Jan. 19 -- Union Minister of State for Power, New & Renewable Energy, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Raj Kumar Singh today reiterated the commitment of the central government to ensure equitable and fast-track development projects in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Union Minister was addressing a public outreach programme here along with Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar.
