Nigeria, Jan. 31 -- The Osun State High Court has debunked the news making rounds the social media where a certain Akogun Oludare, a Magistrate sitting at Ilesa Magisterial District ordered a lady to pay her boyfriend the sum of 150,000 for collecting 3,000, as transport fare to visit the man, a promise she did not keep.

According to a statement signed by Omisade F.I, the Chief Registrar, there is no magistrate that is known as Akogun Oludare in Osun State Judiciary, adding that no magistrate in the state ever gave such an order.
