Nigeria, Feb. 15 -- Kwara United has secured a back-to-back home victories with a 1-0 win over Bayelsa United in the Matchday 24 of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) on Saturday.
The Harmony Boys had a slow start, allowing Bayelsa United to dictate early possession. However, they created key chances, with Wasiu Alalade missing two scoring opportunities in the 33rd and 42nd minutes, leaving the first half goalless.
The second half saw tactical adjustments from both teams. In the 62nd minute, Issa Gatta connected with a pass from Wasiu Alalade, but his shot went wide.
